This person must be available through the holiday season.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Work with key business team to study, concept and make recommendations on planned B2C marketing programs including  but not limited to social media, video, advertising, email, print and ecommerce.

• Utilize competitive industry and business analysis to document market opportunities and define product requirements. Pursue and test new opportunities with current and potential partners

• Establish performance targets for growth

Requirements:

• 7 - 10 years digital and print marketing experience in  Business-to-Consumer environments, with deep knowledge of emerging technology as it relates to marketing strategy.

• Extensive experience across digital media, marketing, channel management and sales support.

• The ideal candidate must be collaborative, action-oriented and energetic, with an ability to move projects forward, be responsive to the changing needs of internal and external partners, and manage and motivate teams to achieve results.

• He/she must be a creative, strategic thinker who is able to grasp the big picture, while simultaneously executing key tasks

• P&L experience; developing and managing annual budgets and metrics

• He/she must also be a good communicator, both written and oral, and able to speak effectively at all levels of an organization.

• Strong organizational, project management and presentation skills
