We are currently seeking a MarComm Project Manager/Creative workflow Manager at our corporate headquarters in Minnetonka, MN.  This is a great opportunity for a candidate with solid work history and a minimum of 2-3 years’ of project management experience in a web environment, including the management of technical projects. This individual will have experience in managing web development projects including a basic understanding of html, performing edits, tags, links and experience in web design, web usability, SEO, and SEM. In addition, Project Manager will manage marketing material development projects, analyze cost/benefits and offer a creative, basic understanding of the strategic development process.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Determines project requirements, specs, and due dates.
  • Creates needed tasks and due dates and assign.
  • Keeps projects and tasks on schedule.
  • Works with graphic design and development tools.
  • Tracks and reports project progress (including realistic forecasts of final target positions).
  • Ensures all project requirements and or objectives are properly documented. 
  • Works across different departments and with people that are not direct reports.
  • Manages external contractors.
  • Manages workflow.
  • Collects, organizes, and facilitates accurate and efficient completion of team tasks.
  • Designs updates.
  • Features enhancements.
  • Problem fixes.
  • Site functioning as desired.
  • Day to day changes, sales & promotions

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent industry experience required.
  • 2-3 years of project management experience in a web environment, including the management of technical projects.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to dive in and get things done.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies.
  • Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly and effectively across multiple organizations.
  • Proficient in Project Management skills and technology.
