Description

·        Looking for a Web UI Developer responsible for integrating creative concepts into enterprise Java applications. Ideal candidates will have great communication skills and can collaborate with the Creative group while working inside the development team.

Responsibilities

·         Write and utilize HTML, jQuery and CSS in the development and ongoing support of websites

·         Convert mockups, wireframes, and Photoshop files to HTML

·         Ensuring cross-browser compatibility

·         Optimizing code and assets for performance and scalability

·         Continually research ways to improve the UI in terms of usability to the end user

·         Collaborating with Creative to ensure design integrity

Skills and Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

·         High degree of experience in CSS, HTML, XML, jQuery, and JavaScript

·         Working knowledge of server-side technologies (Java, JSP, Spring MVC)

·         Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail

·         Basic knowledge of Eclipse

Responsibilities:
The Front End Web Developer is responsible for the timely coding, development, posting and maintenance of Web content. This position is a great opportunity to develop online marketing skills, use best-in-class technology, interactive with business partners and work in a fun team environment.

Additional responsibilities:
*Site design and development of code and graphics
*Test the development of code for appropriate links, broken links, etc. as part of the implementation process. Maintain knowledge of and follow online marketing industry best practices.
*Ensure that all developments are implemented in a timely & high quality fashion to support interactive & product launches.
*Liaise with critical business partners and technology partners to ensure synergistic & aligned solutions are created. Participate in team functions.

Specific Skill or Knowledge Required:

*Experience with development tools (Dreamweaver, Flash, Visual Studio, Eclipse, Subversion, etc.)

*Strong experience with standard workstation tools (Office, Visio, Acrobat Pro, etc.) document management.
