As Office Manager you will run an office for a fast growing Interactive Marketing firm that employs some of the brightest and most fun people in the Twin Cities (We’re also really nice people!). This is a great opportunity to learn about the exciting world of Internet Marketing while ensuring the successful day to day operations of a fast moving office environment.
Responsibilities:
· LEARN! Your job will be to learn about our processes and clients and translate that knowledge into actionable tasks that help us and achieve our objectives.
· Internal Reporting
o Executive level data
o Initiative tracking
o Accounting Support
o Meeting follow up
· Lite bookkeeping duties
o Support bookkeeper & CPA
· Human Resources
o New Employees
o Benefits administration
o Issue resolution
· Executive Team Support
o Admin duties
o Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel
o Handle confidential information
· Organization
o Company events
o Client events, webcasts, etc.
· Office support
o Supply management
o Meeting preparation
o Assign duties (cleaning)
o Work with supply & technology vendors
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
· 1-2 years of Administrative experience required
· High School degree required, Associate degree strongly preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
· Must be internet savvy.
· Willingness and aptitude to learn new things quickly
· Strong attention to detail is required.
· Familiarity with key terms & terminology of internet marketing preferred
· Good writing skills required.
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources required
· Sense of humor and energy (required for the crew we got!)
· Willingness and ability to take direction.
· Must be comfortable handling confidential information and trustworthy enough to keep it so.
· Self-motivated
Compensation and Benefits
· Full-time 40 hours a week
