Job Description
±salt seeks an experienced, highly-organized Project Manager to become a full-time member of our team. This position needs to be filled immediately for a quick-turn, interactive initiative for an incredibly cool and fun client. Duties include managing the deliverables across multiple projects—ensuring that they are on-time, on-schedule and on-budget. Project Manager will be responsible for timely and clear client communications and coordinating deliverables with internal design and programming teams.
Primary Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans, revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Identify required resources and assign individual responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day elements of projects, working closely with team members
• Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing to client
• Adopt and uphold internal and client brand standards
• Ensure that project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications/Marketing or related field
• 2-3 years professional experience or advanced degree in project management
• Knowledge of social media outlets and integrated marketing strategy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to self-motivate and meet all deadlines
• Ability to take initiative toward solving solutions with minimal direction
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a lively office environment with a diverse set of personalities
• Management experience in software development a plus
