Our rapidly growing digital development agency seeks a hands-on Contract Part Time Web Developer / Manager with strong experience in web development and team management. We are looking for an exceptional programmer with the ability to actively collaborate with and manage additional programmers and outside resources required to complete extraordinary end products.

We are seeking someone experienced in project planning and execution for online, mobile, and interactive media. The selected candidate will spend time primarily working hand-in-hand with design project managers and other members of our development team creating exceptional products for one of our largest clients. This is a part time on site position, at our location in downtown Minneapolis.

Responsibilities include: Advanced programming and development, task and resource scheduling; basic cost and price budgeting; resource selection and oversight; task management; quality review and assurance; and project team management (internal and external).

Candidate must possess the following:

• Thorough experience developing web-based applications.
• 3+ years of experience in PHP development.
• Strong familiarity in CSS 2, 3, and JQuery are required.
• Understanding of Photoshop and basic graphics design.
• HTML5, XML, XHTML, JavaScript, web services
• Basic mobile application development understanding (iOS/Android)
• Expert level MySQL administration and PHP implementation
• Knowledge of Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla frameworks
• Experience and understanding of Sencha EXT JS a plus
