This individual spearheads InboxDollars product development to assure a robust and vibrant online rewards club.  This role spans projects that drive new member acquisition, retention and lifetime value, leveraging web 2.0 and social media best practices.

Responsibilities Include:

-Direct product development end to end, from idea generation and concept development to market testing and launch

-Lead the innovation process and assure a continual pipeline of new ideas and product concepts that leverage current and emerging digital media trends

-Manage the planning, scheduling and execution of programs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-Digital product development expertise

-Knowledge of current digital media trends, pulse on the emerging opportunities in social media and gamification

-Demonstrated success converting customer knowledge into successful commercial products

-Experience with website development, UI and user experience optimization

-Ability to collaborate and communicate with influence to a variety of people across the organization

Education and Experience

-BS degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, MBA desirable

-8+ years digital product development experience
