Sr. Interactive Developer

Location: Plymouth, MN

Duration: 6+ months

Overview

• Develops web sites, microsites, desktop applications, social networking applications, mobile apps and web sites, emails, rich media ad units and other interactive marketing solutions.
• Educates design team on technical capabilities, advancements, and limitations
• Works collaboratively with entire project team to integrate visual design, content and application code with the goal of improving user experience

Requirements/Skills

• Fluent in understanding effective and creative design, as well as efficient code that drives the interface and integrates with the backend
• Strong experience in developing rich internet applications using Flash, Flex, or Silverlight
• Expert in using XML, web services, data binding and ActionScript within Flash
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of ASP.NET, JSP, PHP or other frameworks used to develop dynamic web pages
• Expert knowledge of AJAX development and JavaScript frameworks, including making back-end calls to a web service
• Deep understanding of HTML/CSS and cross-browser and cross-platform development issues
• Strong understanding of web servers, database servers, general networking, protocols, HTTP, FTP, etc.
