JOB SUMMARY: This position supports the planning and analysis of Christopher & Banks (CBK) customer centric marketing initiatives from acquisition and retention. This position will help manage and support traditional CRM functions such as campaign management, loyalty management and reporting for not only marketing but as the SME for all parts of the organization. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Assist in the development of CBK's long-tern loyalty solution. Manager all loyalty campaigns& promotions from inception through post mortem to track and maximize ROI. Develop and analyze insight of customer and transactional information related to loyalty through standard reporting). Provide ad-hoc reporting with insight and analysis to support and validate organizational request around customer behavior. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and vendors. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field. Experience: 5+ years of database marketing experience, retail or a related field. Previous experience managing loyalty initiatives. Retail experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills /Certifications: Retail financial analysis comprehension including P&L, ROI analysis, etc. Strong quantitative skills coupled with solid business foundation, particularly in direct marketing/customer loyalty Proven track record in analytical segmentation, RFM, promotional testing, response analysis, ROI analysis, behavior modeling and measurement methodology Experienced in customer analytics and tracking of customer performance and key trends Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SQL knowledge preferred. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of attention to detail Flexibility and an entrepreneurial mindset to work our fast-paced organization The ability to clearly and confidently articulate results and make internal recommendations
