We are currently looking to bring an a SEO Analyst/Jr. Business Analyst for 5+ month contract position with a large retail client in Bloomington, MN

In this role, this person would assist in executing on the organic search optimization strategy and in addition would help with general business analysis and data cleansing activities. 

Responsibilities

·         Assist with day-to-day SEO projects

o   Research keywords, write optimized metadata for new pages

o   Assist with link building – emailing webmasters, coordinated link placements on external sites

·         Assist with ad hoc and scheduled reporting

o   Respond to requests for ad hoc reporting, maintain set of ongoing scheduled reports

o   Use a variety of tools to pull and format reports – web analytics, ranking software, Excel, etc.

·         Help with maintenance of the e-commerce search engine

o   Data cleansing activities

Skills

·         6 months E-commerce or search engine marketing (SEO or paid search) experience desired

·         Omniture or web analytics experience a plus

·         Analytical, comfortable with numbers and analyzing data to guide decision-making
