ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:
-Research and define social media conversation strategies at the local level
-Continually monitor guest conversation via social media channels at the local, campaign, and brand level
-Provide social community insights and best practices via analysis of post engagement and response at the local level
-Be main point-of-contact with Guest Contact Center to ensure timely and thoughtful guest response strategies and process
-Collaborate with Social Business Strategy and creative teams to develop post content and strategies
-Assist Lead Community Managers in identifying new and emerging opportunities to differentiate the social listening, monitoring and measurement practices
-Assist Lead Community Managers to develop and institutionalize best practices and guidelines and socialize throughout organization

REQUIREMENTS
-College degree required
-2+ years relevant work experience
-Knowledge of and in-depth experience with social technologies
-Strong analytical skills
-Demonstrated experience thinking critically and recommending strategic decisions
-Experience with data visualization and articulation
-Ability to collaborate and navigate the organization effectively
-Exceptional communication
