Senior Interactive Project Manager

As a Senior Interactive Project Manager for Gage, you will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of Web based solutions.  You will play a key role in interacting with internal and external resources, acting as a liaison between all department areas including technology, creative, account services, and program administration.  The Senior Project Manager leads and motivates a team and makes decisions in order to ensure project success within time, cost and quality parameters.

The ideal candidate will have:

·         A minimum of 5 years business experience in project management

·         Direct experience in producing websites and a complete understanding of the web production process

·         Demonstrate an understanding of web tools such as HTML, Flash, CSS, CMS, XML, JavaScript, ASP, AJAX, LMS, database applications, etc.

·         Provide technology and web specific guidance and/or recommendations to clients and team when appropriate

·         Ability to communicate verbal and written information effectively to clients, both internal and external

·         Extreme attention to detail and commitment to high quality deliverables

·         Ability to direct internal and external resources and build strong relationships

·         Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, VISIO and MS Project

·         Strong analytical and organizational skills

·         Agency experience

·         Experience with web based training solutions and website localization a plus
