Required skills for this position are:

• 7+  years  of demonstrated experience designing, developing and managing the deployment of Microsoft based software solutions 

5+ years of hands-on programming experience in Microsoft C#.Net (v2.0 – v3.5), ASP .Net, ADO.Net, XML, DHTML, HTML, HTTP Protocol, Java script, and Web Services 

 Strong .Net Architecture and development skills

Good understanding of software development methodologies, object oriented programming, database design and development. 

Extensive experience working on web sites and web based applications, ecommerce site 

 Exposure to database design and development on SQL Server 2000 - 2008 and other database technologies 

Team player, strong consultative and communication skills both written and verbal absolutely a must

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and contribute across different projects in a lead capacity as well as the ability to mentor and manage Jr. Level developers.

Excellent programming, problem solving skills, analytics skills and communication

Motivated, Energetic and demonstrates a strong aptitude to learning new technologies in a fast paced environment
