Posting jobs with MIMA is free and easy. Just fill out the form below and we will contact you when your job has been posted.

Pasting from MS Word:
If you are pasting text in from Microsoft Word:
  1. Click your cursor in the editing area.
  2. Click on the Paste From MS Word icon (Paste From MS Word), which will open up another window with instructions.
  3. Paste your text into the box.
  4. Verify that both "Ignore Font Face definitions" and "Remove Style definitions" are checked. Hit "OK."
This will strip off the extraneous formatting added by MS Word.

Formatting Content
Use the other icons as you would within MS Word or any other HTML editor to bold, italicizing, and bullet your text.

  • Select the copy to format
  • Click the appropriate icon to set the style
*** Please add bulleting or other formatting as you want it to appear on the site! This will greatly speed up the posting process.

*** Please do not copy in tables from MS Word documents, as the text often does not fit well within the display area on our site.
