McKinley Consulting is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst Consultant for a local client project.  We are looking for candidates that want to be part of an award winning consulting firm, either as an hourly or salaried consultant.  We will also consider independent/c2c consultants for this role.  Only local candidates to Minnesota will be considered.

This Consultant will be responsible for business and functional requirements, user interface design, and business process modeling.

Required Experience:

• Strong business analysis experience in one of the following industries: wireless/telecom, subscription services, or retail point of sale.  Experience writing requirements for large system integration projects.
• Experience in the UI design process: GUI Design (desktop application vs. web application design)
• Experience writing use cases and activity diagrams
• Experience interpret XML, XSDs, or APIs
