True Talent Group, the fastest growing marketing, creative and interactive recruitment agency in the twin cities is looking for a collaborative and passionate UX Architect for a well-known advertising agency in the twin cities.
 
In this contract role you will work on-site leading a small team of designers, UX analysts and developers in charge of the user experience for client web sites.
 
Responsibilities Include:


 
• Leading and participating in projects, providing UX recommendations
• Gathering user data through field studies, surveys and usability tests
• Developing personas & scenarios, conceptual designs, prototypes and user journeys
• Producing wireframes/interaction flows, sitemaps and other standard IA deliverables
• Documenting specifications for developers on functionality and data display
 
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

 
• Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction or related field
• 5+ years experience with User-Centered Design practices and usability standards
• Experience leading UCD projects, either independently or leading a team and working with stakeholders
• Expert knowledge of User Experience methodologies, tools and techniques; specifically agile development
• Accessibility guidelines and standards experience
• Must understand web site development and back end technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly collaborative and strong team leader
• Passion for and understanding of emerging web trends and innovations
