The Opportunity: We are looking for a User Experience Designer to be part of an amazing opportunity to continue growing and improving W3i’s new Facebook Desktop client, FlipToast from the ground up. 
 
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, creative and innovative individual who will also:
 
·         Perform and manage applicable testing, optimization, and related UX activities.
·         Develop and maintain the look, feel, and usability of the application
·         Create, optimize, and analyze disclosure screens
·         Collaborate with the development team to ensure an optimal user experience
 
Requirements:
·         Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
·         2-4 years of User Centered Design or related experience
·         Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Visio ( or similar tools)
·         Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript/JQuery/Actionscript is preferred
·         Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills
