Corporate Business Unit: Corporate encompasses the core operational support for all Land O’Lakes businesses. It includes Business Development Services, Corporate Market Strategy and Communications, Finance, Law, Human Resources, Information Technology and Public Affairs.

Position Purpose: This position will handle interactive content publishing for websites across business areas, using the Land O'Lakes Oracle/Stellent-based content management system. This position provides production support and expertise, publishing and and maintaining web content, producing and distrubting email campaigns and online surveys, deploying search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, and developing/maintaining metadata and web analytics tags for a multitude of company web sites. This position also defines and refines the process for updating content and manages workflow, bringing best practices and efficiency to the process. Important traits of the person in this position include: web production, content publishing, quality assurance, problem-solving skills, along with being detail-oriented and very organized. The position reports to the Interactive Manager as part of the Corporate Marketing Services Team

Required (Basic) Experience & Education: Bachelor of Arts degree, preferably in marketing, business administration, English, Journalism or Communication; or 5+ years equivalent interactive content management experience. 2+ years interactive marketing and content publishing experience. Demonstrated proficiency using robust content management systems and style sheets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Required Competencies & Other Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize, work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Excellent proofreading skills, knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation. Critical eye for ensuring formatting consistency for professional, user-friendly and visually-appealing web sites in accordance with all brand standards and legal requirements. Strong service orientation and interpersonal communications skills. Proactive and results-driven.

Preferred Experience & Education:

Preferred Competencies & Other Skills: Experience using Stellent or Oracle Universal Content Management System, Site Studio, and working with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
