The Web Analytics Analyst is accountable for extracting, interpreting, tracking, reporting, analyzing and socializing insights on Life Time Fitness site performance metrics using web analytics and database analytics tools. Responsibilities: * Analyzes web usage data to derive deeper learning's and insights about the site experience and web users. * Creates, maintains & delivers various dashboards / reports for key stakeholders. * Conducts ad hoc analysis for internal partners as requested. * Leverages insights to make web improvement recommendations. * Incorporates industry web analytics best practices and methodologies (e.g., testing and behavioral targeting) into the Web operations. * Partners with the Marketing & Technology teams to identify & solve for gaps in data. * Provide user support for marketing and sales teams on content management system. * Interface with Marketing leaders to define and implement strategy enhancing myLT.com user experience for clients and prospects based on data analysis. * Acts as project manager for development and maintenance requests related to tracking for Life Time owned sites. Education: * 4-year degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Marketing; Masters Degree preferred. Experience: * Two to three years related experience in web analytics or similar role with knowledge of web analytics tools * Demonstrated proficiency with a broad spectrum of web content and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Unica NetInsight, Salesforce, SQL, SAS) * Only candidates with Web Analytics experience will be considered Licenses / Certifications / Registration: * None required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics: * Technical proficiency - knowledge of SAS or SQL, WebFocus, MircroStrategy, Google Analytics, Unica NetInsight, Salesforce or other data manipulation tools desirable. * Ability to analyze data, interpret results and recommend options to enable business partners to make decisions and optimize their strategies. * Outstanding organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and conflicting activities. * Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate complex data and insights to multiple stakeholders. * Ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of business partners. * Experience working in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment. * High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access and Outlook. * Must be self-motivated
