Ready to join an innovative and progressive company?  Then join us in the eHub!  At 3M we are making great progress toward inventing a new future for 3M - a future of faster growth and increased competitiveness, while continuing to deliver superior results. We are currently seeking a Web Operations and Design Lead for our eHub organization within 3M's Consumer & Office Business (C&O).  In this role you will be part of a growing team which ensures exceptional execution of brand promise and brand voice across all of 3M's Consumer and Office Business brand (e.g. Post-it® Brand, Scotch® Brand, ACE™ Brand, etc.) websites and eMarketing programs.  Specifically in this role you will be responsible for digital asset creation and design that drives consumer engagement on C&O branded websites.  Additionally, the person in this role will need to have broad eCommerce and eMarketing knowledge with capabilities to support the creation and execution of email campaigns and website content.  The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Design various banners, web pages, digital assets for use online (e.g. Websites, email, social media, etc.).
• Become knowledgeable in and an advocate of brand guidelines and standards, ensuring that brand positioning, creative look-and-feel and key messages support the brand.
• Drive design best practices and communicate creative intent with key stakeholders through visual mock-ups and industry examples.
• Light Flash editing
• Represent consistent brand promise and brand voice in all Consumer and Office website creative design updates.
• Design website assets for multivariate testing recipes with consumer experience and usability in mind.
• Liaison with tech leads for site enhancements on 15-20 brand websites.
• Provide light copy editing.
• Act as a liaison and facilitate creative briefs with business stakeholders and external agencies.
• Support email marketing programs (various - design through execution steps).
• Partner with teams in United States and in key international countries to deliver creative digital assets globally.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)  Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Three (3) or more years of online graphic design experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

• One (1) or more years of experience administering website content in a content management system
• One (1) or more years project management experience
• One (1) or more years eCommerce experience  
• One (1) or more years of vendor management experience
• One (1) or more years of experience working with HTML and Flash
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Experience with Photoshop skills multimedia development tools like Photoshop, Framemaker or Acrobat
