WEB DEVELOPERS

Gage is in need of talented Web Developers to design and develop large scale web applications for its Fortune 500 clients.  The types of projects include large online promotions, User Generated Contests, Online Communities, Online Training and Incentive programs and enterprise level web development. These projects often times have Mobile and Social integrations that you will also be responsible for.

Candidates should have a very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Centric web development technologies including .NET C# and ASP.NET, TFS, JavaScript, WPF, SQL Server 2005 or 2008 and IIS. You must know and have experience with coding techniques, program testing techniques and documentation methods.  You also must be an individual who pick up new technologies quickly and can put proof of concepts together using new technologies.

Gage is a fast-paced, dynamic organization that is looking for individuals who can work independently but also have strong interpersonal skills.  We have openings for both experienced individuals as well as those with less experience, but can demonstrate expertise.

Specific areas of interest include:

-Building web applications using .NET 4 frame-work; strong ASP.net experience required

-HTML 5 experience, or the desire and ability to learn quickly

-Mobile development experience or interest

-SQL 2008

-Web security considerations

-Visual Studio 2010

-IIS 7.0

-TFS 2010

-ASP templates, style sheets, master pages, AJAX, jQuery and cross browser customization

Consideration will also be given to those with the following experience:

-Cloud deployments

-ComponentArt experience

-Telerik experience

-Experience or good working knowledge of Silverlight, WPF, HTML5

-SharePoint site customization using SharePoint Designer

You must also have effective communication skills (to communicate with project personnel), the ability to read, analyze and interpret user requirement documentation and react to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
