Responsibilities:

Develop, manage and execute marketing web strategies, business objectives, goals and tactics to ensure that deadlines are met.

Update the site including homepage and landing pages, develop and execute promotional offers, manage timing of seasonal capaigns, and support key branding capaigns and initiatives.

Responsible for the implementation, tracking/report metrics for initiatives and lead generation activities in support of corporate adn departmental goals and strategies.

Manage the roll out of website in teh production environment and manager the relationship with the IT department in Italy to ensure implementations.

Planning, developing, implementing, onitoring the MBO brands social media presence.

Create an email marketing strategy, research and select an email provider. Integrate the email marketing program into the overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

Excellent written communication skills to write content for social media and website.

Proficient working in Microsoft suite, project management software, Access and SQL databases, Dreamweaver and working with html required.

Websphere technologies knowledge a plus.

Experience in Photoshop and FLASH a plus.

Proficient in Google Analytics.

Proficient in the use of Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and LinkedIn for business purposes.

Self Directed.

Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications.

3+ years experience working in marketing environment with a focus on web marketing.

Experience in managing a website project implementation from ideation to roll out.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment.
