Responsibilities

 

  • Manage Kroll Ontrack’s web site content (30%) - identify and manage content needs to positively affect the user experience and performance of the websites by working creatively with various team members and content providers. Leverage existing offline content to be uniquely produced for online purposes, develop new content ideas to support the sites performance and deliver web content  conveys the brand and voice while communicating compelling calls to action.
        1. - Translating a Kroll Ontrack’s marketing or informational content into a functional website.
        2. - Mapping or outlining a website's structural content.
        3. - Hands on front end web development (advanced HTML, PhotoShop, other graphics/development software)
        4. - Creating verbal content for the website or using approved content.
  • Drive and manage sales through Kroll Ontrack web shop (25%) – Identify and manage shop content to positively affect product sales by working creatively with the marketing team and the shop vendor.
  • Execute monthly review meetings with shop vendor and provide reporting about shop performance such as revenue achievement, units sold, shop visits, conversion, shop ranking.
  • Management of SEM Programs (SEO & PPC) (20%) – With the help of a third-party vendor, effectively manage research, evaluation, negotiations, creative implementation, optimization, tracking, of SEM as well as other new and traditional media outlets. Generate ideas, maintain ad calendar and develop activity to produce qualified leads.
  • Execute email marketing production (25%) – building HTML emails based on existing templates.

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree (BSEE, BSCS, BSCE) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills: Familiar with general web design and graphic applications (i.e.: PhotoShop, etc.)
  • Content Management Systems: Preferred familiarity with content management systems.
  • Two to four years html/PhotoShop experience. 
  • Two to four years web design experience. 
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of website usability and best practices.
  • Advanced to expert ability to interface with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Advanced knowledge in digital marketing.
  • Advanced experience using  Google Analytics,
  • Advanced ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize workload, meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
