WEB PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Primary Objective(s)

The Web Product Marketing Manager's primary role is to develop, establish and maintain the sales, revenue, profitability and channel management of FindLaw web products through marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. This role will work with internal and external customers, including FindLaw SAM, Product Development, Customer Operations and Finance to implement marketing strategies that drive revenue, new sales and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in shaping strategy that will attain new customer growth while preserving and retaining existing customer base
- Develops product launch plans and rollout to Field Sales organization
- Work collaboratively with product development, finance, sales and account Management, market research and customer operations to create new programs that drive new sales and revenue within FindLaw
- Analyze product performance, specifically FindLaw's FirmSite products, to develop product value messages and programs which drive new sales and retention
- Manage product pricing for FindLaw's FirmSite products, and other FindLaw products as assigned
- Analyze product sales results post-launch and promotions using qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Analyze, assess and interpret market information, including customer and competitive data and cascade to the FindLaw organization

Minimum Qualifications

- Four-year college degree in business or marketing related field, MBA preferred

Experience

- 7-10 years experience, MBA preferred, industry experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills

- Core channel marketing experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent project management skills, preferably in planning and conducting marketing programs and promotions
- Demonstrated expertise in advertising, promotions, marketing concepts
- Demonstrated success in planning, conducting, and implementing marketing programs and promotions
- Experience marketing online or web products preferred
- Strong financial and business acumen skills
- Knowledge of sales channels
- PowerPoint/Excel/Access experience, with knowledge of statistical analysis
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills; demonstrated comfort in relationships with management personnel at all levels; strong team orientation Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across the business
- Ability to travel as required by the needs of the business
