Account Executive

Position Summary:

AE will manage many projects across several key accounts that will generate digital income for clients. The AE will also act as the business liaison between space150 and the client by communicating client needs clearly to the internal team. The AE will equally ensure outstanding client service by anticipating opportunities as well as issues, and responding proactively to ensure effective resolution.

Essential Functions:

Acts as primary internal contact for execution on all client projects
Serves as primary point person for client contact on a day-to-day basis
Initiates and prepares project proposals and estimates to present to the client
Initiates new project requests and action requests to communicate client information to the team

Primary Duties:

Develops close professional working relationships with all of your clients
Identifies and seizes opportunities to expand client relationships by networking in order to develop business
Accurately represents space150’s range of services to the client
Is present at all internal and external client-related meetings
Develops client opportunity plans which include the creative brief, timelines, and scope of work
Manages client expectations throughout each project, clearly communicating status and next steps
Tracks budgets for costs to date and manages in a proactive manner
Writes meeting notes that clearly document communications and outline next steps with client. Shares notes with client as well as space150 team
Reviews all creative and ensures it is consistent with creative brief objectives
Works closely with client to outline project scope, timing, and budget
Communicates project timelines to client and obtain approvals accordingly
Anticipates and assists in client approval process to ensure client approvals according to schedule
Works with space150 technical team to develop technical specifications and route to client for approval

Secondary Duties:

Ensures that deadlines are met
Completes invoicing and hours reports
Attends monthly billing review meetings, determines invoice amount, and provides invoice backup if requested by client

Minimum Qualifications:

Two or more years of related work experience in marketing, marketing communications, or related field
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and listening skills
Strong writing skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to think strategically to solve business problems
Ability to interface with senior-level clients
Ability to quickly understand individual clients’ business
Willingness to travel

Education:

Four year degree Emphasis on communications, marketing or related field preferred.

The Senior Project Manager partners with the account management team to lead all aspects of interactive strategy, design and development projects.
