In this session Chad Halvorson, Founder/CEO of the Minneapolis start-up company When I Work, will talk about why managing qualitative and quantitative data is critical to executing a UX strategy that materially drives customer growth. He’ll also take at some examples of how a customer-centric, growth driven approach to UX can have a dramatic impact achieving both business objectives and customer success.

Chad Halvorson is Founder and CEO of When I Work, which creates a better work life for half a million people in 50 countries across a wide range of industries, through its proprietary scheduling and communication solutions. When I Work continues to grow significantly since 2010 and has received $24 million in venture capital. The company began as a start-up of three in St. Paul and now employs more than 130 full-time employees in Minneapolis. Chad has successfully helped build three multi-million dollar companies, all of which are still operating today. His awards include the Minnesota Cup High Tech Division Award, INC’s 35 Under 35, and the Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. He is a graduate of Brown College.

Noteworthy Details

Cancellations
Cancellations received by the office at least two business days prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received fewer than two business days prior to the event. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.

 

Switch-outs
If you have registered, are unable to attend, and would like to give your co-worker your "ticket," please note that a pre-registered member to non-registered member switch-out is free. Switch-outs from members to non-members will execute an invoice to the attendee for payment after the event.
